Brooklyn Sound originated in the UK as a tour that took a US metal band to the UK. Introduced to the US as series of live shows around the country working with local up and coming artists and local record labels to produce and record a live performance to be pressed to a limited run of vinyl. Local record shops were partnered with to have sole distribution of the records to support the artist.
